I build systems, solve ugly problems, and lead teams through complexity. My career has lived at the intersection of IT infrastructure, legal practice, and business operations — from hands-on technical troubleshooting to executive-level leadership and organizational design.

At Synology, I handled advanced support across storage, virtualization, and networking stacks in high-pressure customer environments. Before that, I founded and managed a law firm, trained early-career attorneys, and ran multi-disciplinary operations where outcomes mattered and excuses didn’t. I also spent over a decade building technical support and consulting services for small businesses long before “digital transformation” became a buzzword.

In plain terms: I’m the person you bring in when things are complicated, stakes are real, and you need someone who can think strategically, execute technically, and communicate clearly with both leadership and frontline teams.
